Shipping and Delivery Policy

Books are shipped via courier or Indian Postal Service depending on location availability. Delivery timelines are approximate. International shipments may not include tracking. Print-on-demand production requires additional processing time.

Product Replacement Policy

Printed books cannot be returned or canceled. Replacement is provided only for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic proof.

Delays in Services

OrangeBooks.in shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or logistical disruptions. Authors are advised not to schedule events before receiving book copies.

Jurisdiction

OrangeBooks Publication is an imprint of WissenPress Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U22300CT2022PTC013717). These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bhilai, Durg, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this Website.
